I installed a new Arabic voice in orca.
But the problem is that when I select this voice, even English texts are read with the same arabic voice.
So how can I use espeak for english, and the new voice for arabic?

I apologize for keeping this post unanswered for so long.
Orca does not support automatic language / voice selection according to the content.
What orca users like to do is that we are using screen reader preferences window to create multiple settings profiles with different text to speech preferences such as different voice, different speech rate and similar.
We can then assign a keyboard shortcuts on the keybindings tab of the screen reader preferences dialog to cycle through the configured profiles.
If you haven’t yet learned this from other source by now, please try it out and ask more if you need.
