We brought it down for 3-5 minutes for a quick maintenance, it should be up and running by now, thanks!

@averi, unfortunately it seems the problem reappeared:
At https://gitlab.gnome.org, I just saw “Unable to connect” at several tries. Also Gitlab.gnome.org - Is Gitlab Down Right Now? told me it’s down for everyone.
Now I retried again, and this time I got a page titled “Gitlab is not responding (502)”, saying “Whoops, GitLab is taking too much time to respond.”
Yes, GitLab was restarted to apply an update.
Please, look at the status page whenever you can’t reach some GNOME service.
