i saw a post on twitter regarding installing gnome os on a mobile, any instructions on how to do so?

Jonas wrote a blog post about what he was working on earlier this year where he mentioned using the Linux-based PinePhone Pro for development: Towards GNOME Shell on mobile – GNOME Shell & Mutter. I don’t know instructions for installing Jonas’ WIP but just to say I don’t think you can use a random Android phone.
Makes me want to get a PinePhone Pro though

i have the first iteration of the pinephone, was hoping would be something alone the lines of Ubport.
