Is it intentional, that GtkInfoBars are all completely blue, no matter which level they are?
This looks like a bug to me, but I’m asking here first.
Yes that’s on purpose but don’t ask me for further details.

In any case, the color-coding of the background in info bars was dropped a while ago, because it’s not great from an accessibility and visual consistency perspective.
It’s still possible for other themes to style the states differently: the selectors are still there. Adwaita authors chose not to do that.
