Illustration Placeholders

What is the standard way to implement a Illustration Placeholder Page? The HIG (Placeholder Pages - GNOME Human Interface Guidelines) references Adw.StatusPage. But I’m not able to use Adw.StatusPage to display a large image at there original size. Am I missing something?

AdwStatusPage currently doesn’t support illustrations, so you’ll need to do the widgetry yourself. It’s pretty straightforward with a GtkPicture and two labels (one of them with the style class .title-1.

Ok, thanks. Are there any plans for AdwStatusPage to support this in the future?

Yes, see this issue:
