Nooo this is a flatpak runtime as far as i know you can remove it but if any of your app depends on that that won’t work after that.
What you have installed is the Flatpak runtime for applications. This is required for applications written for GNOME 44, but is unrelated to the desktop environment and projects like GNOME Shell, GNOME Settings and Nautilus (Files).
For the desktop environment, you will have to wait until Arch updates it their repositories.
