How to use the license of GTK?

Hello,
I am interested in using GTK/gtkmm, but I have some questions about using GTK/gtkmm software in a closed-source software.

1.Whether there is a licensing fee for using GTK-3.0/gtkmm in closed-source or commercial softwares? How much if there is a charge?
2.I know that there are a lot of details to fully comply with the LGPL agreement, such as:
Retain the GTK software’s copyright files in the software distribution file (including copies of both the LGPL and GPL licenses),
The user should be informed of the use of the GTK library licensed under the LGPL license,
Provide the download path of the GTK source code,
Do not modify the source code of the GTK and use it as a dynamic link library (if you don’t need to modify the source code of the GTK library),
……

apart from these, is there anything else I need to pay attention to?
I am looking forward to your reply, thank you very much!

First of all, a disclaimer: I am not a lawyer. If you want a legal opinion, please avail yourself of legal counsel.

No, there are no licensing fees of any kind.

No: all you need for using GTK in your project is to ensure compliance with the terms of the LGPL 2.1.
