How to set a emblem in Nautilus 45?

Hello,
This is my first question here. I have been a Gnome user for several years, and there is one feature that I really miss: emblems in files. As much as I’ve searched, there seems to be no way to assign them in Nautilus; However, if I use Thunar to mark a file with an emblem, the mark also appears in Nautilus, as you can see in the attached images:

Does anyone know of a way to assign this emblem directly from Nautilus?

I tried it some time ago, but it appears that only works in folders, and not in files.
