How to rename workspace using mouse?

I am using GNOME Shell 43.6

Not sure how it is done but sometimes when i am moving mouse here and there and clicking, it gives me an option (text field with ok and cancel button) to rename workspace.

I would like to know how to rename workspace using mouse.
