How to remove "Home" and "Desktop" and "Computer" from places extension?

How to remove “Home” and “Desktop” and “Computer” from places extension? First, I know that how to remove all contents within /root/.config/user-dirs.dirs But my questions is another 3 folders that I would like to remove them too. How can I do this?

my ‘Places’ extension is Like this:

Home
Desktop

Computer

and here is my favorite folders

 .

I found that, it was under extension folder
