How to create multilingual keyboard layout using GTK with c language?

Hello,
recently I have gone through onscreen Keyboard support, now in my gtk application, what I want to add is multilingual keyboard support in gtk.

can anyone tell me how can I add this support in my gtk application?
atleast I need keyboard layout support in chinese.
