Hi, I was interested in developing user defined theme for gnome Console and I was interested in know what tooling and workflow I need to follow to make this happen.
For example what software is used for mockups?
Also I did open an issue on the Console repo but I was redirected here.

This page seems to have general setup instructions and some specific to Console, while the Design Team has resource and instructions for visual design in GNOME.
