How to configure update notifications?

Hi!

I’m using GNOME 43.9 on Debian 12.8.
I used to receive sometimes a notification of gnome-software to tell me that updates were available to download and install.

But recently it seems to not happen.

How can I enable notifications for the available updates ?
And maybe I can configure the frequency of these notifications (like one per day or per week…)

It’s not configurable. It uses an inbuilt mechanism to schedule the notifications in such a way that it doesn’t spam the desktop with notifications.
