How do i select source files for a GTK static lib?

I wish to build one static libary for GTK 3.24.43 and all its supporting dependiences, with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, for Windows computers.How do I tell that compiler which files to compile and the target of the build IS a static library? Or, is it neccesary build mutiple static libraries?
