I don’t like the app menu that gomes with gnome, so I disabled it by making it no longer avalible through the dash to dock extention, then I installed the Arc Menu extension to have a more category based menu.
The Arc Menu extension has a search bar, and gnome has a searchbar by default.
I want to remove the search bar in the activities overview, and keep the one in Arc Menu.
This being a simple task, I thought there is an extension that does this, but surprisingly there isn’t.
I am using gnome 43.9 on debian 12 by the way.
