I am a beginner. Could you please show me how to install the GNOME JDK desktop on Linux Mint?
Hello and welcome to the forum!
First of all, I don’t really recommend GNOME on Mint. For that I would recommend something like Fedora. What do you mean by JDK tho?
You can install JDK from this site. Download the .deb file (this is for Debian based distributions such as Mint) and then proceed with installation. But this is not related to GNOME at all.
If you by “GNOME JDK desktop” mean gtk bindings for Java, then https://java-gi.org/ has more informations.
(And as @tragivictoria stated, Mint isn’t really optimal for GNOME)
