Or all gnome shell users again and again need to reinstall fresh copy of an operating system when this occurs, and occurs due non-independency?
Which browser instead of mozilla firefox need to user install?
Or what all and how many gigabytes download to keep it alive and working?
No one guide and help helps, all setuped up as described and message is still there and availability to control extensions is: 0.

Ignoring the rant, what is your browser, version and how did you installed this? I dont know why would OS reinstall be needed?
