GNOME Welcome Desktop Environment animations

Hi everyone,

I’m a motion graphics designer and I’ve created some animations for the GNOME Welcome Desktop Environment using Adobe After Effects®. I’m interested in participating in the GNOME community and I’m hoping to get some feedback on my work.

The animations I’ve created show a computer with the coffee animated and the “You’re ready” checkmark. I’ve tried to keep the animations simple and clean, but also fun and engaging.

I’ve made the animations available under the GNU GPL Attribution license, so anyone can use them freely.

Here is a link to the animations: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMfgaWI3tu8&list=PL-9vdBKqWkiBqEJNLV62-i1UXh9juzuSv

I’m still learning motion graphics, so any feedback is greatly appreciated. I’m also open to suggestions for other animations that I could create for the GNOME Welcome Desktop Environment.

Thanks!

Alejo
