just merged Resolve "Add a disclaimer when making a review to contact the developer if it's an issue" (!1872) · Merge requests · GNOME / gnome-software · GitLab adds a new string for translation (and removes an old one; wrapped below only for readability):

Please provide a rating, summary and review text. Reviews should not be
used to report problems: instead, contact the developer or your support provider.
