Gnome Software keeps showing "update failed"

So I’ve just encountered another issue after the update to 45.
I’ve decided to update firmware (fwupdmgr). After updating Gnome Software keeps showing the message "update failed: on each login. Couldn’t get rid of it - even though I clicked “ok” it was after each login.

For the time being I’ve removed Gnome Software, but has anyone encountered similar issue or is it just me (I’m on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed)?

This is an issue with fwupd.

thank you for pointing that out. Ok, so I’ll wait for a fix - when it lands I’ll reinstall gnome-software
