Gnome power manager sends constant audio power notifications

I am using Gnome as part of Fedora 35. When my laptop is plugged in, it charges to a full state. Then I start getting audible notifications as the power dips below full and then returns to full. As often as 6-8 per minute. If I unplug the laptop, the notifications stop. I can see the updates in the gnome-power-statistics window each time the audible notification occurs.

This is a Lenovo C630 laptop.

I would be happy if I could find a setting to disable the notifications, but so far I have not found one in the settings panel, nor in gsettings.
