Gnome-Panel has gone

Hello together,

after a System crash (Manjaro) there was the message: “The Pc has a problem and has to lock out the user”.
I locked in again and until this moment there is no gnome-panel (or is it called Dock?) visible.
I can’t find any insert in the gnome-tweak to visible my gnome-panel again!

What do I have to do to get my gnome-panel back?

I found the the Problem.
Since Gnome 3.x the Extensions settings moved to a separate Extensions application .
There were all extensions disabled after the crash…
