Due to a mix-up during last release, the tarball for gnome-online-accounts 3.48.2 (GNOME 45) was not uploaded, although it was tagged. The latest and last release for GNOME 45 is 3.48.3, while any notification you may have received about 3.48.2 is just the tarball being uploaded late.
