When I open an app like Krita or Minecaft Launcher, the titlebar doesn’t show. The file manager instead, has the close, minimize and maximise button hidden, but they are clickable. I removed all of the themes, but it seems to have broken GNOME and is stuck forever.
I also have dwm, Hyprland, i3 and XFCE.

This is not expected. Maybe some configuration is broken? Maybe due to the way the sessions for other compositors are set up? Or maybe a gnome-shell extension you need to disable?
Anyway, this has nothing to do with nautilus, which is just the Files app. I’m sorry I can’t help much.
Pretty sure a config is broken because this happened right after i installed PaperWM extension and deleted it.
