[GNOME Discourse] Summary emails have gone haywire [BUG]

Looks like the emailer for [GNOME Discourse] Summary emails is broken because it is sending me many many emails over and over.

I see the same with GitLab issue comments. So, probably an issue with the GNOME mail system, and not GNOME Discourse site.
