[gnome-control-center] New string added to the Wi-Fi panel

I just merged wifi: pluralize string using ngettext (!2279) · Merge requests · GNOME / Settings · GitLab which adds a singular variant to an existing pluralized sentence. Basically it adds a new string “%d network deleted”.

I also added a translator comment to help.
