What ever happened to the Gnome Disks utility getting a full GTK4 port? It’s been on v46 for a while now. Just curious, it’s the only app I use of Gnome that isn’t GTK4/libadwaita yet.

It will be released when it’s ready.

They’re working on it, it’s there on GNOMEOS, and it’s really nice. It will come in a stable GNOME release once it’s ready, but it’s not abandoned.

Has the Gnome Files sidebar sorting option of hard drives been added back in? It was removed 4 months ago.

It won’t scale if any single potential change was covered in this conversation thread. If you know that it was “removed” 4 months ago, then please open a new thread and provide references for you statement - thank you!

I have: Add a sorting option for Hard Drives in Files/Nautilus sidebar - #4 by Pixel

It’s possible that it will be ready for 51.
