GIF, broken by half in 2.99.16 Flatpak

Hi, I know you are preparing for 2.99.18, thought would report it before it’s too late.

I prepared a GIF with 728x90 px dimension out of 5 PNG images (replace, 400 ms), when exported it, half of it was cut. I used the same images and used GIMP stable latest Flatpak to build the GIF without errors.
