Getting every email multiple times

I recently received some notifications from GNOME GitLab, and each one arrived 4 times with identical contents, a few minutes apart.

Also appears to affect emails from Discourse, the confirmation email has also arrived 4 times

Can confirm it happened a few hours ago.

Not sure about current status.

Received duplicate email from GNOME GitLab now.

I confirm this on my end as well. Not everything seems duplicated, but still quite a bit (including the notification for this thread, received at 08:02, 11:53 and 15:54 (UTC+1))
