Geary 44.1 semail sent to self shows up as multiple messages

imap to zoho -
I sent an email to myself

  • it shows up on several email clients as one message in the inbox as it does in Zooho webmail
    but in Geary it shows up as multiple messages - as in a conversation.
    I suspect that it is picking up the sent message in the Sent box
    if I delete the copy in Trash and sent - it shows up as one.

maybe its a feature request to check if inbox contains message from self?
