Flushing pangocairo font_map cache for all backends (not just fontconfig)

Is there a general way to flush the font_map cache in pangocairo? I’m only seeing the fontconfig specific method: pango_fc_font_map_cache_clear.

Also, I would have thought that setting the default font map to null would have worked to force a reload, but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
