This already works it only needs a menu entry.
If you copy the path of a file and paste it into Builder’s built in browser it can already display images, vector images, html files and probably more.

I’m glad you liked the idea! I have tried it and everything works, except from images that prompt you to open it with an external program, vector images on the other hand work.
