[Feature Request] The title of kgx(gnome-console) shows the name of the currently running program rather than the entire command

This is because in many cases the commands will be so long that they cannot be fully displayed or highlighted.

For me, displaying the entire command doesn’t bring any benefit, but rather clutters up the title of the program.

GNOME Console uses the title set by your shell (so, bash, zsh or similar). So you can already change that. Look up how to set the terminal title in your shell.
