Feature Request: add indicator for vertical scroll

Because Gnome hides vertical scroll bar when no activity, e.g. not hovering cursor over window, sometimes i think i can’t find my file, not realizing that there are additional content hidden by scroll box.
I’d like to suggest Gnome Files give indication that there are more content hidden by scroll box, at least as optional settings.

no indication if there are more content to be shown

Maybe visual cue like arrow can be useful

Or even fading out toward where more hidden content

fading out towards hidden content

You can have persistent scrollbars, It’s in Settings > Accessibility > Vision

But honestly, it’s puzzling to how would you think a compact list filling the entire view might not have more items left, especially when the bottom margin is the size of an small list item:

Because these two window looks exactly the same even though the right one shows all files in directory and the left one have many more files to be shown

But i get it, it is design choices. If the community decides the best way to be able to judge total page/panel height by-glance is by always show scrollbars, i’ll take that.
