Evolution - Start Evolution after system start in the background

Hi all!
I put Evolution into ‘Start Applications’ but for sure it starts after reboot in the foreground.
a) Is it possible to start Evolution in the background?
b) Is it possible to have Email notifications there?

I don’t use Evolution nor have it in my system, so I can say nothing about it. If you are okay with keeping it running minimized, you can add another startup command to do that. Something like:

sleep 3; xdotool windowminimize "$(xdotool search Evolution|head -n 1)"

Of course, it’s just a hack.
