Error when trying to change .doap file (FREEIPA_HOST ... must be set)

When I try to change gnomemm-website.doap, I get:

Those environment variables are not mentioned at https://wiki.gnome.org/Git/FAQ.

I can’t find any information in handbook.gnome.org either.
