Error opening PSD: image height no support or invalid: -1

I am getting this on opening a PSD file, anyone got the same problem and knows how to fix it?

Message (in Portuguese):
Falha ao abrir
Erro ao abrir arquivo PSD: Altura da imagem suporte ou
inválida: -1

Just a note that I fixed it for now by opening the PSD file on https://www.photoshoponline.net.br/ then exporting it to PDF.
Layers get a bit messed but I was able to reorder them.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can reproduce with the image from here. If you use our development version 2.99.16 the image will load with a warning (and the fill layer that causes it won’t show up).
