Review, clean up and reorganize the issue tracker’s “labels” so that the issues tracker (and its kanban board) starts to make sense from a planning and “visualizing the status of things” perspective
Go through the existing engagement team tickets and triage, update statuses, reevaluate our priorities in light of currently available volunteer, staff and financial resources.
I believe it would be good for Foundation staffers to attend with an update on hand to tell us volunteer members of the team what the status is wrt strategic priorities, staffers’ workloads and assignations, and budgets. That way we can keep this in mind while we do the triaging and priorities evaluation of what’s already in the issues tracker.
