Enabling 3d acceleration in Gnome Boxes leads touchpad issues in guests

Hello, I have looked through the internet for a possible solution to this, but I cannot seem to find one let alone someone with the same issue. If it so happens that I overlooked something, please post the relevant link here and I will see if it solves my issue. Much thanks.

The problem:

I am using Gnome Boxes in Fedora Silverblue. One of the guests is running Silverblue. I noticed that when I enable 3d acceleration for it, it has a lot of issues with my touchpad. Most noticeably, I cannot two-finger scroll. I installed a flatpak of Dconf Editor from Flathub to ensure that /org/gnome/desktop/peripherals/touchpad/two-finger-scrolling-enabled is true, and I still cannot 2-finger scroll. I can only 2-finger scroll when I turn off 3d acceleration.

In another guest, one that also runs on Silverblue (but is a Universal Blue image) also has touchpad issues when 3d acceleration is enabled. Not only can I not two-finger scroll, tap-to-click is also disabled. Tap-to-click still works in the vanilla Silverblue guest when 3d acceleration is on, but in this guest, it is also disabled alongside two-finger scroll.
