Empowering Students With Open Source Literacy : A Session By GNOME Nepal

Date: 2nd February, 2025

We are excited to share that GNOME Nepal, in collaboration with Ubuntu Nepal, successfully conducted an engaging session on “Introduction to Open Source, Communities, Linux, and GNOME” at St. Xavier’s College, Maitighar (SXC).

This session was held at the request of A-level students (high schoolers), and it turned out to be a fantastic learning experience!

The session lasted over 3 hours and was filled with insightful discussions, practical demonstrations, and enthusiastic participation. It was great to see the students actively engaging and exploring the world of Open Source!
