Drivers warning on Fedora 41

I have following notice in app console (written in Rust), after update from Debian 12 to Fedora 41:

Gdk-WARNING **: 09:49:58.900: Vulkan: ../src/amd/vulkan/radv_physical_device.c:1984: Device '/dev/dri/renderD128' is not using the AMDGPU kernel driver: Invalid argument (VK_ERROR_INCOMPATIBLE_DRIVER)

Any ideas how to fix or just silentize it?

The message is from Mesa lib.
