starting from version 45, we observe the following
disk capacity - unknow
It works fine for me on Arch Linux with GNOME 46.3.1. It shows the correct disk capacity.
It prints “Unknown” for disk capacity when get_primary_disk_info () returns NULL. That can happen for various reasons (no udisks client, only removable storage devices, total reported size is 0). Do you have Ubuntu/Fedora installed on the machine for above screenshots or is that from a live session?
Try opening the panel with command gnome-control-center --verbose system
run from a terminal. Maybe the output will give a clue as to what is causing it to show “Unknown”.
this is not Fedora or Ubuntu
I have already written everything in the topic for a long time: an error observed in Gnome since version 45
SSD (NVMe) Intel 660p 512GB SSDPEKNW512G8: DISK CAPACITY - UNKNOW
Check what udisks reports the size of the disk is
If it reports 0, you may be getting affected by Cant detect disk size · Issue #1194 · storaged-project/udisks · GitHub

This is not really a question, but for those who have encountered the problem - https://discourse.gnome.org/t/disk-size-unknow/21968
Yesterday, updates arrived, after which the problem was solved. I just can’t say which updates exactly: regular or PRO, because I have PRO connected and there were some updates there too.
Thank you))) I waited 2 years)))
