Detect change the wallpapers front the nautilus

When I set wallpaper in nautilus what happens? how do I detect that event to capture it and change my wallpaper using swww?

You’ll need a setup that supports the XDG wallpaper portal somehow. Hopefully that’s a relevant pointer.

Just a question: Are you using GNOME?

As the Readme of swww mentions this:
