Cursor jumps when switching languages

  1. Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
  2. installed Google Chrome from the official website
  3. opened YouTube
  4. opened the video to picture-in-picture
  5. then, anywhere on any site, click on the text-input
  6. switch keyboard layout
  7. focus from the input will move to the picture-in-picture window

I tested it in mozilla, same thing
