The election material (announcement and rules ) state that only 4 of the 7 positions are open for election this time. The announcements gives us the following list of outgoing directors:
- Regina Nkemchor Adejo
- Robert McQueen
- Felipe Borges
- Ekaterina Gerasimova
That means that people who remain on the board this time are:
- Thibault Martin @thibaultamartin
- Philip Chimento @ptomato
- Martín Abente Lahye @tchx84
Affiliations can change over the course of a year, as was demonstrated previously . We can’t just dig for information from when these directors were elected and expect them to still be accurate. Not to mention one of the directors was appointed to replace another one who left. Can we please have up to date information?
This really should be part of the standard process and I shouldn’t have to ask for it for the third year in a row.
