The string “E-mail” has been updated to “Email” in the OSM editing dialog. As the former is British spelling, and strings should default to US English spelling.
The string “Email” was already present in src/placeView.js, so this results in no change as far as translations are concerned. 
Do note that if there had indeed been a change, you would broken the freeze, and an announcement would not have been enough.
