This year, our annual conference, GUADEC, will be held in Denver, Colorado, from July 19-24. Over the course of six days filled with presentations, BoFs, workshops, and social events, we’ll need volunteers to ensure the conference runs smoothly!
Volunteer responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors at the registration desk
- Setting up and breaking down the venue at the beginning and end of the conference
- Guiding visitors to the venue
- Running microphones during presentations
- Keeping time for speakers
- Preparing workshop materials
And more!
