KDE has built in theme installation directly into the settings panels for general themes, windows, icons etc.
Are there any plans to include this with gnome?
No, there are no plans.
If you wish to change the appearance and/or themes, you can use the Tweaks application.
Awe, that is too bad… that is one of the greatest things about kde.
On the other hand… I changed to ubuntu from kde and i’m using straight ubuntu with gnome-desktop because i had problems with kde’s stability.
