Builder - Python - CJK support

CJK stands for Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

I’m creating a GNOME application in Python using GNOME Builder and when I try to display some Japanese text (It doesn’t matter where, in the headbar or in a label) I get something similar to this Screenshot from 2021-11-14 13-03-54.

For example, if I set this text to a label "Ńíó Æ 조선민 🍩 oÑ Hi 猫ねこ ç‣∞" I get Screenshot from 2021-11-15 10-38-21

(Should I send some GNOME project config file?)

Ubuntu 20.04

This is a GNOME Builder bug. See issue #1519. It seems to be fixed in GNOME Builder 41.
