Brown/beige should be an accent-color too

The new accent-colors are great. It would be nice to have brown/beige as an accent-color too.

PS: The new Ubuntu adds brown as an accent color to Gnome. But an ugly brown.

I think, a nice brown would be great for those people, who like an accent-color a little bit more color than grey, but not the rainbow-colors. And brown has always a bit of a noble and nostalgic look.

I agree that Gnome should get more than only one accent color (gray) that is less vivid than the other colors and more neutral.

There should not be too much options, but brown would be a nice addition.

I’ve just tried the new Elementary OS 8. It has the same accent-colors like Gnome, but with the addition of brown. That’s great and I still hope, that Gnome will get this too.

I looove the rainbow-colors but I also really miss brown to the new GNOME accent color :pleading_face:

Look, Adwaita-colors provides a brown color!

Thank you for the information. But the brown of the Adwaita-colors looks very “dirty” (I don’t know how to describe this.) It shoule be a more pleasant brown.
